The gentleman looked over the dress said that it could not be dry cleaned and took the dress into the back for a few minutes. When he came back out the grease was GONE!! Several years ago she made me a denim skirt from 2 old pairs of jeans! It is better than one you could buy in an expensive boutique.All of this and she and her staff are the nicest people! “The laundromat was very clean and all of the machines were working. They have 3 different washer sizes to accommodate all of your needs and accept cash or credit, which was very convenient for someone who never carries cash.“
“I called just a few days before a wedding and they told me to bring my dress in that day and they were able to alter it and have it ready in time in just a few days for about $100 which is similar or cheaper to what other places would charge but no where else could of gotten it done so quickly! The owner is very honest and let me know the stains on my shirts may not come out since they were tough stains (oil marks) but to my surprise they were able to get them out! “I brought my daughter in to get her prom dress hemmed and some other alterations done. The bottom of the dress had a stiff trim (horsehair) sewn into the hem that needed to be cut off in order to do the alterations. We had decided to not sew it back on because we thought it would look ok without it. Sue told us she would hold onto the trim just in case we didn’t like the way it looked without it. When we went back to try the dress on and pick up, Sue had sewn the horsehair back onto the dress because she didn’t think it looked good without it. The dress turned out beautifully! I am so grateful to Sue for doing such a great job and genuinely caring that the dress looked perfect, even knowing that she had already priced out the job for me and how much extra time went into it!! We will definitely be back for any alterations my family and I may need!!“
“I recently got my blanket dry cleaned here since my puppy had an accident on it! The owner was very sweet and wanted to even see a picture of my puppy when I told her what happened. I got my blanket back a week and a half later and it was puppy accident free! She even took off some pilling it looks like. Very sweet woman and fair prices! Would go back again!“
“After having a bad experience at a different cleaner, I decided to try Signature Cleaners at Doylestown. I took in my uniform shirt for a very last minute altercation to have patches sewn on. Not only did my shirt come out perfect and was done the same day, but my receipt said “Paid for by a customer- Thank you for your service” and I was charged nothing. This made my day. “Very friendly and do a good job... but several times when I have gone they have claimed that their internet is down therefore I cannot run a credit card and I can only give them cash...which to me just seems a little odd that this is such a consistent problem. No other business seems to have this issue. Also it's very inconvenient when I do not have cash on me.“

I am so glad that I found them and used their museum preservation. They are professional, kind, and I felt comfortable that I could trust them to take care of my dress. I am so impressed with how they have cleaned and preserved my gown, after sitting for a year and a half in a plastic dress bag I was worried about stains and discoloration, but my dress looks beautiful. They go over details instructions with how to keep your dress in pristine condition, it's clear they love what they do and are dedicated to excellent customer service.
