She wore it to a college graduation gala in May 2019 where it was stained in several places from spilled drinks and all along the hem from city grime. In the confusion of moving out, the dress was put back in its bag and forgotten - until last week. Talk about set in stains! She took it to Executive. They were concerned about their ability to clean it without causing further damage but said they'd try. Today, she brought it home and it is beautiful!! The owner is very honest and let me know the stains on my shirts may not come out since they were tough stains (oil marks) but to my surprise they were able to get them out! “I called just a few days before a wedding and they told me to bring my dress in that day and they were able to alter it and have it ready in time in just a few days for about $100 which is similar or cheaper to what other places would charge but no where else could of gotten it done so quickly! “Very friendly and do a good job... but several times when I have gone they have claimed that their internet is down therefore I cannot run a credit card and I can only give them cash...which to me just seems a little odd that this is such a consistent problem. No other business seems to have this issue. Also it's very inconvenient when I do not have cash on me.“
