This is a slightly expensive imported blanket with an unusual construction so I was a bit worried about damage as the blanket can be very temperamental while cleaning. Add in a 2 yr hiatus for my return due to illness. I didn’t even call during that period. On the rebound, I called to see if they still had my childhood comforts. THEY DID!!

What a bold face lie. Instead of trying to work with customer, they just lied and said they ran out to tell that only 3 were brought in.
They pick up every piece of clothing as anyone who ges cleaning done knows.
I was parked in front of store doing business calls for about 10 minutes!!

I am so impressed with how they have cleaned and preserved my gown, after sitting for a year and a half in a plastic dress bag I was worried about stains and discoloration, but my dress looks beautiful. They go over details instructions with how to keep your dress in pristine condition, it's clear they love what they do and are dedicated to excellent customer service.
