I started at Wellness Solution Centers to address some severe back pain, and established a great relationship that was very helpful when I suffered whiplash after a car accident. I knew I was in good hands from the first visit. A significant amount of time was spent examining and explaining the causes of my issues, and developing a detailed plan to get me back on the road to better health. That level of care has remained consistent and I am so happy where I am today physically compared to how I felt after my accident. I will also add that there is a friendly office dog! His treatment has helped tremendously with the pain. Dr. Goodman also gave great advice on proper stretching during exercise. “Been dealing with back muscle pain for over a year and basically ignoring it for a year. I got bad enough I went to the doctor and was worried I might have a far more serious issue. I started going to Steve for the last few months and along with making changes in posture, exercising and stretching more often my monthly massages have helped and I have far less cramping. I would estimate that my pain is about 90% what it was. I am also adding PT for a few sessions to help with the last bit and learning additional stretching.Steve is a great massage therapist and he really is passionate about both his profession and helping his clients.“

You're actually sitting on an ottoman for half the massage with your feet in warm water with spices in it, and a lounge chair for the other half. They can be a little rough, therapeutic, but you just have to tell them to lighten up if that's what you prefer.“
