Paul was a very knowledgeable massage therapist and a nice, welcoming guy. I warned him that I’m a big baby when it comes to massage, and he struck a good balance between hard enough pressure to be effective without killing me. I was a bit sore the next day as expected, but feel immensely better overall. Would highly recommend!

As a physically active individual who has always been engaged in moderate-high exercise, visiting Avant Massage has been the best thing I've done for myself. I've always been mindful of maintenance and recovery of muscles, but even then, getting a massage at Avant brought muscle restoration to a new level.Paul was very professional, accommodating and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to optimal body mechanics. Can't say enough great things about Avant Massage. Paul took his time to assess any misalignments, trigger points and potential causes for my pain and worked his magic. Speaking to him, he's intelligent, caring and truly has a passion for helping people. The office was clean and inviting. Absolutely recommend Avant!
