She focuses on any areas you let her know of beforehand and tailors the massage accordingly.The only minor downside is that scheduling is a bit hard on the weekends so you end up having to book it a month or more in advance.“

“I came to Academy Injury & Health in November of 2022 when I experienced an neck issue that quite literally brought me to my knees. They were able to get me the same day the issue occurred. They took their time to understand the problem, and even did an X-ray on my neck before they did any work on it whatsoever. I've had to move appointments more than I'd like to admit, but they are always willing to accomodate. Their hours during the week are robust and allow you to get in before or after work. It's great not to have to punt days or weeks because work or an extenuating circumstances gets in the way.I can't recommend them enough.“

“I was in a bad car accident in 2009 & dealt with neck & back pain for a long time. It wasn't until last year after an X-ray showed straightening of the cervical spine that I decided to seek chiropractic care. I am so thankful I was referred to dr Bagnell's practice. It was a great first time experience. I remember saying I didn't realize how bad I normally felt until after my first appointment. What a difference! I immediately felt looser and I had so much energy for the rest of the day. Just driving home I was able to check my blind spot so much easier. Something so small but so noticeable. His treatment has helped tremendously with the pain. Dr. Goodman also gave great advice on proper stretching during exercise. His staff is always pleasant and professional.Bonus tip: Make sure to use the massage chair. The extra fee is absolutely worth it.“
