Very relaxing. You never have to make an appointment or wait to be worked on. It's a unique way of getting a message. You're actually sitting on an ottoman for half the massage with your feet in warm water with spices in it, and a lounge chair for the other half. They can be a little rough, therapeutic, but you just have to tell them to lighten up if that's what you prefer.

Lavender foot spa is the best! My family and I go here all the time. Some at least once a week and others once a month at minimum. They have your feet soak while they massage your back. Then they massage your legs. I would recommend you let them know the kind of pressure you want before they start as they are accommodating.

This is the best place in the area you can go to get stress and pain relief or to just have your body feel great again. I'd recommend the 1hr option as the best you can do for yourself.
