I had been going to the same dentist for 26 years and because of Insurance I needed to find a new provider. This caused me some anxiety because of the comfort I had with my previous dentist. My husband recommended this practice and I must say my first appointment was wonderful. The office is extremely professional and each person I encountered treated me with kindness. Check in and out was very easy with explanations for everything. The dental hygienist was very thorough. I had a good feeling after I met the dentist because of the way she listened. I have to go back to fix a small problem and hope all goes as well as my first visit.
I just had a surgery with local anesthestic and Dr. Shaun C. Bortel made the process stress free. He talked to me throughout and walked through what he was going to do. The whole office was kind and welcoming. If I could give it more stars I would. I highly recommend.

The instructors are wonderful. We have learned so much. It has be come my husbands and my time to just get away from the stress of the day and enjoy time with each other. What we have learned is amazing after being at other studios this one is just right. Highly recommend!!!
Come for the dog stay for the tattoo! The sweetest little love bug of a dog and the most creative and talented artist. She slept beside me the entire time! Very comfortable environment. From the consultation you get an idea of what to expect and your price for your piece. I should say that I specifically chose 5 Pound Gummy for the portrait work. I only have amazing things to say about CPRS in Hershey. Their slogan is "hands that heal, hearts that care" and it's completely 100% accurate. I felt so cared about and supported during my entire physical therapy experience. Their focus is all based on how you, the patient, are feeling and they actually listen to your concerns. I was set up for success by being taught all the exercises to do at home without any of their fancy equipment. I didn't know it was possible to be pain free, but after a few months with Michelle and Jerry and the team, I am living my best life!! One of the most encouraging and supportive environments. I recommend them to anyone and everyone! And as much as I'd like to say I'd be back, they have given me the tools to remain pain free for hopefully the rest of my life. Beyond grateful for the experience I had with CPRS.

I have been coming to Johnny’s for years. I have never been disappointed. Dannie has given me multiple different types of haircuts and facial hair maintenance. The haircut has always been 5 stars. The atmosphere is very relaxed. Dannie is able to talk sports or really anything going on. There is never an awkward experience with any clients. Highly highly recommend.

Amy always does a great job! She is accommodating for appt times and has a very clean salon. She doesn't soak off the previous manicure which I appreciate, she lightly dremels it off. Much healthier for nails. She's been my only manicure person for years.
I never get my nails done, but wanted to get a basic pedicure before my vacation. I made an appointment and did have to wait for my turn, so scheduling was unnecessary. I was impressed with the cleanliness/hygiene (maybe this is standard practice now in the industry) but they had a packet of single-use nail tools that were used and discarded after. The pedicure tubs were lined with plastic and discarded as well.

I had a signature massage with Jannet several days ago and my pain is still well managed. She used a good combination of stretching and massage for great pain relief. They were also able to take me at somewhat last minute on a Friday night which was amazing. The facility is clean and well kept. Would recommend

I surprised my family with a much needed manicure and pedicure after spending a few days in Hershey that were wonderfully exhausting. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt welcomed and spoiled by the experience. Everyone on staff was professional and courteous, even Sir that dropped off those amazing muffins! We loved our time together being able to enjoy these services, and look forward to another visit not too far in the future.
Since the spa opened in 2001, I have followed these tips for the best experience. When scheduling your service at The Spa at the Hotel Hershey, the busiest days are the weekends with bridal parties and girl groups. I prefer Monday to Wednesday. Don't forget to schedule lunch (reservations are required) at the Oasis open daily from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm During the warmer weather, I take advantage of the beautiful grounds and eat outside the Oasis, which has a healthy selection of veggies and protein to make a salad and usually two different soups. Cocktails are available during lunch as well as in a to-go container to enjoy while you relax between services. When you check in, it's usually hectic. To speed up the process, get there as early as you can so you enjoy a full day. Complete your health questionnaire. You also keep a card on file to speed up check-in. Once you check-in, you receive an escort to show you around the ladies' locker room, fully equipped to get you back together when it's time to leave. Don't forget to take a mirror selfie before leaving. I usually get the Rose Garden massage and request my favorite masseuse if she is working. I add on other services spread out over the day, which might include a bath soak, sugar scrub, or pedicure. Note: Pedicures and manicures are all-natural, with no gel polish offered. The spa is lovely. There are different relaxing lounge areas: a quiet room, an aromatherapy room, and a large room to chat softly. Coffee, infused water, and delicious hot chocolate are available in most areas. Don't forget to plan your stay to include a visit to the pool, exercise room, and steam/sauna rooms. Finally, gift certificates are offered at the end of the year, this is an excellent gift anytime.

The entire staff from front desk to clinical team are very kind, professional, taking time with both my husband and I to provide knowledgeable information and advice for preventative measures. They make going to the dentist an enjoyable and “not so scary experience!” 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a dental group.

I will always be amazed! I have been seeing the team for about a month to aid with a major pain in my lower back and tailbone. I was at the point of trying everything and anything that might help. Chiropractor care was suggested by PT, so I added it in the mix. I really do believe it is making a difference with my pain management getting everything aligned is really taking pressure off my tailbone. I am so grateful for this place.

Julia was incredible. Perfect pressure that was very effective but not too deep. She moved slowly enough that the fascia could actually release. She was able to sense where the imbalances were coming from and zeroed in on those stuck area immediately every time. I felt a huge amount of change and benefit from just one session with her. I first went to Jen after a bad concussion. She has really helped me with cranial massage. I have seen so much improvement with reduction of headaches and reduced neck pain.
