I just had a surgery with local anesthestic and Dr. Shaun C. Bortel made the process stress free. He talked to me throughout and walked through what he was going to do. The whole office was kind and welcoming. If I could give it more stars I would. I highly recommend.

If a higher rating would be possible, the Hershey location deserves one! My husband had an extraction and was concerned since he is on blood thinner medication. The front office staff was efficient and professional, truly cares about the patient experience. The doctor is AMAZING!! They took the time to explain and listen to our concerns, and the follow up was incredible- something very rare these days! They contacted us multiple times the day of the surgery to folliw up with post extraction concerns and even had my husband return at days end to make certain there were no issues! I just had a tooth, that was cracked right down the middle up in my gums as a root canal infection, pulled. Last time I had a tooth pulled I had a major panic attack as soon as the dentist started. This was at a location in Harrisburg. I’ll tell ya what, Miller Oral Surgery is AMAZING ? I will never go anywhere else. Audrey, the receptionist, is definitely by far the nicest person I’ve ever talked to over the phone! We chatted a few times and wow is she amazing too!
