My daughter surprised me with a trip to Hershey melt spa for my birthday and what a pleasant experience and surprise it was! The refreshment lounge was amazing so comfy and relaxing, and the hot chocolate was out of this world as well as the chocolate muffins!!! I can't say enough about the staff, literally every single lady that we spoke with in the place had top-notch customer service skills and was super friendly and inviting! I cannot wait to go back! And my massage therapist, such a pleasure so a personable and did an amazing job getting this old tired body to relax!!! ? First time at melt spa and it was great!!! Got a 80 minute therapeutic massage with reflexology. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I immediately was greeted with a warm welcome and quick/easy check in. I got to specify what problem areas I have which were definitely focused on during the massage. I was also able to pay before or after, I paid before just so I could leave when done, then immediately was showed around the changing room and whisper lounge. Have a "delicious" variety of services. I had a dark chocolate sugar scrub body exfoliation and pedicure. Staff is wonderful, both friendly and skilled. The quiet room offers you coffee, tea, and cocoa and chocolate muffins. A very relaxing experience.
