I’ve known Sandra Cerino who is the manager at Great Clips Hershey for about a year. She’s the only one that I will allow to cut my hair because when she cuts it, it’s done to perfection. I have been going to Sam for a haircut forever, except for one fateful day a few years ago.For background purposes:One day I had let my mom talk me into chopping my waist length hair. My mom had used the selling point of donating over 11 inches of my hair to Pantene to make wigs, free of charge, for cancer patients to convince me into getting the manageable pixie cut she thought would be better for me. It was a hairstyle that was low maintenance, was wash and go, and didn't need to be shampooed every day (I have naturally oily hair due to my ethnicity). Literally the best haircut I’ve had since moving to PA in 2007. The stylist actually LISTENED, was precise, careful, and pleasant. The very reasonable cost was a big surprise but I’d go back at 5 times the cost! I’m seeing altogether different possibilities for this reluctant batch of hair ?
