“First, the initial phone call was answered with the caring and professionalism that I wish was commonplace, but all too often is missing. I immediately knew I was in good hands. David G texted when he was on his way and from the moment he entered the house, his professionalism and caring was displayed. I had a clogged condensate pipe that caused moderate flooding in basement. Clearing the clog was easy, and he presented me with some fixes that would shut down the system if a clog happened in the future (These should have been done with the original installation but were not). “Al was a lifesaver! Had a section of radiant baseboard heating that I needed fixed, and Al was able to get out to me within 2 days, repaired the section of heating, ran water through, confirmed everything was ship shape, and he was back out all within an hour.

Extremely knowledgeable, taught me how to maintain my radiant baseboard heating, boiler, hot water feeds, and generally left me a more prepared and knowledgeable homeowner. “Priority Comfort went ABOVE and BEYOND there typical stellar service. I had a 40+ yr old in wall a/c unit that finally kicked the bucket. There are not many professional HVAC contractors who handle this type of installation and it wasn't typical for Priority Comfort as well. However with out missing a beat Paula immediately said hey let us take a look, to see what it entails, they did and their installers turned the job around in about 48 hours which included waiting on delivery of a new unit, a couple minor adaptations where needed as the newer systems are sized slightly different that did stop PC they adapted and customized where needed. WHAT A BIG HELP and PROBLEM Solvers all this happened during our 3rd 90+++ Heat wave of the year. Thanks so much to Paula and the team at Priority Comfort. It’s a little confusing finding your way in the first time but if you go around the side of the building, you’ll go through a beautiful brick tunnel to get to your location. Everyone there is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about whatever plumbing or construction part, tool or whatever you would need, I will be coming here for all my plumbing needs.“

“Our water heater leaked on Friday night and Rick Grimley promptly showed up on Saturday to troubleshoot the problem. He was able to bypass the hot water heater so our family had cold water for the rest of the weekend. He returned on Monday when parts were available and replaced the water heater. His cost was 30% less than two other companies! Everything works great!“

“In September 22 my A/C failed. The unit was the original from 1999. I immediately contacted Dennis Marlatt. I've used DP Marlatt in the past and trust them implicitly. Dennis came out and gave us the bad news. It was expected and we knew it was time to change our entire system. He didn't charge for the visit and he provided an estimate. The price was fantastic.
