“Action Karate has made such a big difference to our kiddo! The instructors and leaders are all so warm and helpful. We've watched our child's confidence grow on and off the mat. So grateful our child gets to be part of this caring community!“
“They take care of the children and train the children wonderfully for a better future, it is my favorite place for my children“
“Learning karate at AmKor has been great for my teen. The school offers beginner classes for older students and adults, which is terrific. It’s a disciplined atmosphere focused on learning, yet so friendly and welcoming. My child feels confident and valued in the diverse community, and she learns something new and exciting in every class!“
“PPMA is a great place! n addition to martial arts they are great at talking about multiple topics (respect, bullies, importance of healthy sleep and eating, cool down methods). My daughter has so much fun every time she goes.“
“My son was introduced to East west Karate through his Daycare and we signed up soon after. The Whole team at Lansdale is phenomenal with each child they come across and make them feel incredibly special and proud of each accomplishment they achieve. I personally signed up for the Adult class and have enjoyed each class I have been to.“

“East West Karate has become an integral part of our daily lives. The incredible teachers are truly devoted to ensuring that our little ones learn, grow and mature with a passion for discipline, structure and dedication. I am honored to have entered this school with my child. From the get go we were treated like family. We highly recommend East West Karate, Sensei Joe and Sensei Mary will transform your lives into the greatest version!“
“Been going here for 8 years. I love the awesome sense of community karate brings and the confidence it builds. If you’re thinking of signing up your kid to karate, I can’t recommend it enough. The leadership team is awesome here! ???? (P.S. Jamison is the best dojo)“
“My kids started at Action Karate Oreland at either 3 or 4 years old. I wanted them to do an activity that teaches them the importance of discipline, respect, focus, and fitness. I have been amazed seeing their growth since joining as some can imagine keeping toddlers still for even a minute can be a challenge. I even became a member myself after months of my son asking me to join him on the mat. It's given us another thing to bond over. I've been enjoying the adult classes as it's introduced me to other wonderful people while learning moves and self defense. We work hard but also have fun and laugh. It has been a great stress relief and gives me a much needed break from work. I always feel great and more relaxed and calm after each class. I highly recommend Action Karate Oreland.“
“My two boys have been going to Master Taekwondo for almost a year and really enjoy training under Master Phil. Having come from another Taekwondo studio in another state, we have been very pleased with the no-nonsense approach here. This is a great place to learn and develop...while having fun. I highly recommend Master Taekwondo.“
“ATA changed my life ! It’s helped me grow in every possible positive way I can imagine. (2nd year student). I plan to continue with it til the day I die, and push my self to endless limits. Master Smith has saved my life in a way and has been a second father to my daughter (6 year student). I owe a great deal of growth and direction to him and the ATA program!“
“This is a great place to learn how to take your weaknesses and turn them into strengths. And learn how to take your limitations and exceed them. Not only that but your classmates your teachers give you that sense of family as well I would recommend this school to anybody that crosses my path“
“I have trained with Richard Robinson sensei for over 20 years, and have visited his dojo when I am in PA many, many times. This is a great place to learn and train in martial arts. Robinson sensei has Black Belts in multiple styles, and is a most talented instructor in Nami ryu Aiki Heiho. The folks in the dojo are great to train with. There are a handful of instructors who share decades of experience in this dojo. If you like swords, jujutsu, and samurai lore, and live in the Philly/Ft. Washington area, you want to check out the River of Life Martial Arts \\u0026 Wellness Center.“
“I went here as a kid with my mom, I’m 24 now and still miss it. sensei Steve and sensei Kim were awesome!“
“We transferred to Action Karate Plymouth Meeting when we moved from out of state. They are a family run dojo and did an amazing job of acclimating our student and allowed him to utilize the belt level he was currently at to start. We love that all of their katas are taught in practical terms of self defense. They also discuss value lessons weekly, where they go over characteristics of leadership, gratitude, goal setting, (we especially love that students are required to set goals so they can see progress). After a year here, our son is also now learning how to become a sensi (teach).I cannot thank them enough for how they are helping him to grow as a person and how welcome we always feel. They feel like part of our family.“
“Master Chang is an amazing trainer. He is very attentive to development of his students. My daughter truly enjoys training at Chang Karate School.“
“IF FIRST IMPRESSION IS IMPORTANT THEN I WILL TELL YOU, SENSEI AND HIS STAFF ARE PROFESSIONAL, ENGAGING AND SERIOUS ABOUT THEIR ART. MY GRANDSON WILL BE A STUDENT TO THEIRS AND HE IS VERY EXCITED TO GET STARTED AND LEARN THIS IS THE REAL DEAL. NO TV STUFF.“
“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Amerikick Lansdale. If you are looking for your child to gain life skills, confidence, morals and values beyond what is taught at home, this is the perfect place!“
“my sons first day was yesterday for his trial, he is 6 and was super nervous/cried and was scared. i thought he wasn’t gonna do it, until Mrs Dusty daughter Julianna took her time and did a one on one with him and his frown turned upside down so quick and he loved it! she definitely was AMAZING! she did so great that he asked to go back! i couldn’t be anymore happier with the service for the first day! thank you Julianna so much!“
“My son with autism had the opportunity to try Karate with love and acceptance especially from mr. Clark. He was welcomed despite of his behavior challenges. We cannot wait to come back!“
“Master Son is best Martial Arts we ever had! He really cares about all his students. Every class is so fun and my daughter and I both see a difference in our body and mental strength since taking Hapkido class!!!“
“Our 7 year old son has been going for over a year to Pro Martial Fit and he loves it. It really has improved his coordination, confidence and self esteem. He’s not quite ready to take on the neighborhood bully yet, but the messaging of being a considerate, helpful, polite, grateful human being has definitely rubbed off.“
“A judo dojo where a 63-year old is welcomed and feels healthier than ever after 6 months of training must be something special. MLJ has a friendly atmosphere where you can learn judo at your own pace. The instructors don't teach only techniques but also safety so you can come back for more. Join us.“
“Excellent Aikido school. If you're new to Aikido and feeling nervous, Aikido Kenkyukai is a great place to start. Since starting Aikido in 2007, I've trained in Dojos all across the country and as a result have met many Aikido teachers and schools. Kenkyukai is a seamless blend of authentic adherence to Aikido, with a light and welcoming atmosphere. At many dojos, this is like oil and vinegar - either too light hearted, or so serious you risk injury. I'm happy I started training here, and while I've taken various breaks from Aikido, am glad that I've jumped back in.“
