“Domingo came today to do my annual heater checkup. He was friendly and checked the thermostat and heating unit. He checked the unit and reported that everything is working properly. He took the time to explain the thermostat to me and also adjusted it for me. I appreciated how helpful and understanding he was. He also informed me of other options, which was food for thought.“

“We have used Ray Ross multiple times including most recently for a new hot water heater and humidifier pump. The team provides such amazing service at extremely fair pricing that if we need plumbing services - there is no need to shop around. We just call them.“

“Today we had Landis and Gabriel from Hertler Plumbing perform a medium sized repair to our plumbing. This had been a toilet which had been leaky and giving us problems for 3 years. It was reset 2 previous times and eventually always leaked. Landis came out last week and removed the toilet and discovered the pipe connected to the flange was cracked and a previous plumber had performed a temporary fix using silicone. Needless to say, this did not work leading to our frustration over the past 3 years. Landis and Gabriel did a great job replacing the section of plumbing that was damaged and resetting our toilet. This required extensive work as they needed to access the pipe from the 1st through the ceiling. This took nearly 6 hrs but was well worth it to have the work completed correctly. They did the work neatly and cleaned up throughly afterwards. Thanks again Landis and Gabriel for taking your time to fix our issue!!!“

He was able to apply a simple and cost effective fix to our older exterior unit and now our AC is blowing better than anytime since we purchased our house 9 years ago. This was also after a larger company’s tech told my wife we needed an entire replacement of both systems and sent a salesman to grease me up before a quote that was about 175% the average price in my neighborhood.

Dave came and showed me the wiring issue. The other tech would’ve absolutely seen the frayed wire, as it was visible as soon as the cover was off.

I will now use Dave for every HVAC service I need moving forward, including replacement when that becomes necessary.“
