He went through and proceeded to do all the testing that’s required to make sure the unit was running and functioning properly, which it was, he was also conscientious of the home furnishings in the surroundings and put plastic covers over his shoes which were wet from the outside rain. “Our hot water heater stopped working and and I called Feehan Plumbing. They had a cancellation and a tech was available to come to our house within an hour. He trouble shot the heater and got it fired up again. The HWH tripped off again later that afternoon, after business hours. The answering service forwarded my message and I got a call back from Tommy Feehan. He explained that the HWH should be replaced as it was 13 years old. He emailed me a professional estimate with a reasonable price and a credit for the first service call. He scheduled the job for the first stop the next morning. The two techs did a great job and they even put down a drop cloth to keep our floors clean. Bravo Zulu. Also Feehan Plumbing replaced our main sewer line when we sold our old house 4 years ago and did a great job!“
