“I used Home Insured Services about 2 months ago after a tree fell on my house and half of it had to be rebuilt from the ground up. My contacts were Anthony D., the Ops Manager and Dave R, the Project Manager. Both were consistently professional and courteous. They dealt with all the permit and township requirements, responded to all insurance paperwork for me and even stopped by my job to have me sign paperwork so I wouldn't be inconvenienced. David is always keenly aware of the special issues that an older home presents when repairs or renovations are involved. He replaced our ugly, drafty, metal front door with a beautiful triple pane glass and wood door; he patiently figured out how to hang the new door properly in our slanted door opening. He also replaced a slipshod folding closet door that had been installed during an earlier renovation with a set of bespoke solid wood doors. David seems to take great joy in tracking down the perfect crystal doorknob or time-period appropriate moulding to make our house look its best. (He is also good at reparing damage inflicted on that beautiful moulding by exuberant puppies). I highly recommend David!“

“We called Moisture Master Pros to detect where our water leaks were coming from after various "professionals" came and failed. The technician, Josh, was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, very patient at explaining everything to us and answering all our questions. We couldn't be happier with Josh. The report was thorough and clearly explains which actions we need to take to fix our current problems and prevent potential new ones. The only tiny complain is that the report was later than they promised, and we had to ask a couple of times, but the office was responsive and professional. We will start addressing all MMP's recommendations and we hope this will finally solve our water leak issues. As of now, we definitely recommend MMP!“

We received a recommendation for Triage Restoration from our friend, Marc Goldberg of Space and Company, and called on Sunday to leave a message. 10 minutes later, Patti White called to offer their complete services.
