“Prior to coming to Premier, I used two other well-known services in the York County area. The first did not make decent glasses and did not uphold warranty very well. Their last pair of glasses made for me were in 2020. I went to a new place in 2023 and ended up going through three pairs of glasses and they were never right. Came to Premier the other week. What an amazing difference. In and out in a reasonable amount of time, exam thorough and educational. Yes, expensive. Much more than I ever paid. But guess what? “I have been a patient of Dr. Lawrence for years. Yesterday, I stopped by the office to have my glasses repaired. I handed them over to a member of the staff, and spoke to one of the other employees regarding a scratch on the lens. While she was looking to see if my warranty coverage was still in place, the glasses were handed back to me, fixed, my new lenses were ordered and an appointment was set up. All in less than 10 minutes. The Wynter Brooke staff are very helpful and offer excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.“

“Nick is amazing! He is patient, helpful, and very thorough. I recently started wearing progressive glasses and was having some trouble getting them to work right for me. He took the time to align my glasses properly and gave me lessons on how to use them. I would highly recommend Bj's optical and Nick.“

The first woman I talked to was rude and sent me into a panic spiral thinking I was going to be blind until I could get an appointment! “I would give 10 stars to Dr. Lisa if I could! My family first went to Dr Lisa 25+ years ago. She has given us amazing care and was wonderful with my children, especially when it came for contacts. We moved out of state 10 years ago and just came back. Even though it is a 1 1/2 hour drive to York, we immediately went back to her practice. “Much better experience than at local chains! Thorough, efficient, no virtual doctors. Seems like they know what they're doing and actually care, exam and treatment felt personal instead of just a shuffling through of patients. Definitely going back. Easy to schedule and handle my issues.“

“The doc changed my contact prescription. I was given a trial pair. The new prescription didn't work. I needed to go back to my original prescription. For nearly 3 weeks I went back and forth with the staff. I went in for what I thought would be my last time coming here to try to get my contacts ordered. I spoke with Connie. Connie did her research in to the case. Only took a few minutes. Connie needed a signature from the doctor. I already new this for about 3 weeks. Connie assured my she will talk with doc and get this finalized. She told me the days/hours she was working and if I didn't hear from her to call by the end of the next day. Connie calls me back and all was taken care of over the phone. It was simple, but it should have been this simple from the beginning. If you need something done. Talk with Connie. She knows how to get things done. Seems to be a rare trait these days.“
