“Wonderful yoga studio! The outdoor classes are a really great experience, and its awesome to have a full weekly schedule of outdoor classes instead of just an occasional pop-up. The classes are good for all levels - I started with fairly limited prior experience with yoga and never felt like I couldn't keep up or follow the instructors. Plenty of modifications are provided, and poses build so you can stop at whatever "level" you're comfortable. Others in the classes are definitely far more experienced, so I think all levels would be appropriately challenged. Ang and Sherrie are great instructors!“

“I have trained with Richard Robinson sensei for over 20 years, and have visited his dojo when I am in PA many, many times. This is a great place to learn and train in martial arts. Robinson sensei has Black Belts in multiple styles, and is a most talented instructor in Nami ryu Aiki Heiho. The folks in the dojo are great to train with. There are a handful of instructors who share decades of experience in this dojo. If you like swords, jujutsu, and samurai lore, and live in the Philly/Ft. “This journey, if you choose to take it, is a life changing one.For me, getting into the Intermediate class is when I really got the high of jiu-jitsu, becuase thats where essentially all sparring happens and you really start getting in touch with the art, the people, and the work. Really loved it but I got a concussion during a very intense standing spar (not very common in this sport). Being a grad student, this was really bad, but Phil and the team listened to what happened and helped me out.“
