Great way to start my day, I can get in my workout and beat the rush hour traffic home. I've been coming here for years, thanks to Silver Sneakers my visits are free, can't beat that. Mornings with Don and the early birds are always an enjoyable start to the day.
My wife and I go here at least 3 times a week when we can. The pool is clean and warm, the classes and instructors are excellent. The gym has everything you need and the trainers are friendly and knowledgeable. Real convenient hours too. I highly recommend.
An amazing, supportive community. I especially recommend the water Aerobics classes, which have a gifted and knowledgeable instructor. If you are a silver sneakers member, there is no extra charge.
