Darryl and Paul were incredibly helpful, addressing my concerns promptly. However, the individuals answering the phones were disappointingly rude and unhelpful. Despite months of requests to speak with grounds, they offered no assistance. Fortunately, Darryl stepped in, listened attentively, and resolved every issue. Without his support, honoring my father would still be a challenge. Improvement in customer service is crucial for a better overall experience. 5 stars for Darryl and Paul. “Bridget has been a godsend. She is smart, responsive, compassionate, and an excellent resource. She feels like an extension of our family with how involved, sympathetic and proactive she has been. A few issues came up with the cemetery, the hospital, the obit, etc. She went to work on all of them and actually went to the cemetery herself in advance to fix a problem. “What a perfect event! The musicians were absolutely incredible, not to mention funny and charming. Their musical set was a great combination of pop cultural and classic pieces, and every number was beautiful in its own way. I had chills so many times!Candlelight created a slightly spooky, but mostly just charming ambience in beautiful Laurel Hill and the whole event was very organized and well-thought out.
