In the process of buying a home I needed an inspection done and contacted Richard. He responded almost immediately and was able to fit me in within 2 days. I met him at the home and he was attentive and informing me of things he could see that was either an issue or going to become one. He went through the home with me and explained in detail how things should look and he done. Since the buying process was moving quickly he sent me the report the next morning and it was in full detail. I highly recommend him for your next home or pest inspection.
We have used Ziccardi Builders for two major remodel projects and a new roof in our home. The crew has always been friendly, professional, prompt, and communicative throughout the projects. We had around 20 scotch pines on our property surrounding a building which made the trees removal a sensitive project. We got a few estimates and it was clear that Cory had a clear vision on how to remove the trees safely. We said we'd wait for the yard to dry up so he could bring his equipment out and the first week that we had dry weather, before we had the chance to even think about calling him, he was calling us offering to come out and get the job done. After less than a full day, the trees were no longer standing. I was worried that too many trees would be cut down but he knew exactly which ones to cut down and which ones to leave up. Everything was organized perfectly and he left a great impression with our family. If we ever need tree services again, we know who to call!

From the minute you walk in he makes it his mission to help you to a place of relaxation and healing... he is very conscientious about your comfort and making sure you are absolutely relaxed every step of the way! He doesn't have a time clock that dictates your massage length... as he'd say it's done when it's done and it's not finished until you're finished... which is amazing!! I have been to see him quite a few times over the past 2 years and will continue to see him for my massage needs!!
Rick installed a new water heater for us. Very professional, kind, clean, and quick. He upgraded some of the gas lines so we were up to code while he was doing the work. The price for the water heater, supplies, and labor were very competitive. I'd do business with Toolcity again if any plumbing issue comes along.
I love that I don’t have to make an appointment, I get all of my kids and myself in, and not have to spend a fortune to get a professional haircut. She does an amazing job not only on my boy’s haircuts but also my daughter and I’s! She also always keeps the hubby looking great with his beard. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
