After owning our summer home at Conneaut Lake for 26 years, it was due for a facelift. We met with 4 contractors in the area and chose J.C. Ziccardi Builders. We are so glad that we did. Even in the middle of a pandemic, with materials in short supply, the job was completed within the time quoted. Not only was their timeliness appreciated, but Joe, Jan, and the crews could not have been better to work with. The excellent communication, patience, support, respect, reliability, and trust were also key in making our experience with this team easy, pleasant, and stress free. We could not be more pleased with the quality of their work and have received many compliments on the new, improved look of our house. We cannot thank them enough for a job well done. We would highly recommend J.C. Ziccardi Builders to anyone and hope to work with them again on any future projects. Our only regret is that there are only five stars to give.
