Richard was wonderful to work with. The home buying process is stressful, choosing who does your home inspection is critical. We couldn’t be more happy with his work, he was thorough and very knowledgeable! He was willing to explain & answer any of our questions or concerns. The verbiage he uses, writing his reports are straight forward and to the point! I have tons of nice things to say! He did right by us!
