Was worried about having to keep checking the driveway because Avanti gave us a 4-hour arrival window when I booked yesterday, but they texted today to let me know when the plumber, Eric, was on his way. Eric was friendly and he seems very experienced and knowledgeable. He walked me through solutions and even gave preliminary costs for fixtures/parts, so we'd have an idea of what we're looking at spending. Would've preferred to get the auto "leave a review" prompt after the work was done lol, but overall so far, would recommend!“

I had a clogged condensate pipe that caused moderate flooding in basement. There are not many professional HVAC contractors who handle this type of installation and it wasn't typical for Priority Comfort as well. However with out missing a beat Paula immediately said hey let us take a look, to see what it entails, they did and their installers turned the job around in about 48 hours which included waiting on delivery of a new unit, a couple minor adaptations where needed as the newer systems are sized slightly different that did stop PC they adapted and customized where needed. “I had a slow draining toilet in my upstairs bathroom, and I (foolishly) called a plumber from another, larger company. The other company augured the toilet and said I should be good, and that I probably need a new toilet soon. But after more than one flush it was clear the problem still existed.

I called Bruce's Plumbing for a second opinion (and because the quote for a new toilet seemed ridiculous), and even just describing the problem over the phone, given the type of toilet, Bruce was pretty sure there was a blockage somewhere. The guys showed up and in less than an hour had removed the toilet and found my son's old toothbrush. Removing that saved me further expense.

And they charged me only slightly more than the other company did for not fixing anything! Will definitely be going to Bruce's in the future.“
