“Joe and his team are fantastic! We had a full kitchen remodel done in Feb/March 2017. Communication is extremely important to me and they are top-notch in that department! Joe always kept in touch with me as the start date for our project was approaching, and I had his cell number to contact him anytime I had a question. Tom is his guy on-site basically every day -- he is great. He does great custom woodwork. I had his contact info as well and he always kept me up to date on a daily basis. They are thorough, professional, clean, and just all-around nice guys. They don't stop until it's perfect and the customer is happy. Yes they make you wait for almost all material, but one time we had a defective product and they took care of it immediately… This was the only time this happened out of several years worth of business. They literally replaced an entire house of hardwood floors immediately, at not cost to me- even touching up paint, etc. It would be 5 stars, but they do make you wait for product to ship oversees most of the time.“
