Hugh Sinnott, co-owner of Sinnott Flooring, and his crew just completed their second flooring project for us in the last 3 years. I would not even consider using anyone else - their work is phenomenal! Prices are fair, they are on time, professional, and communicate throughout the project. I waited 4 months each time from bid to completion and would wait again.In our first project Sinnott installed a new solid wood floor in our late 1950s house bedroom / home office. In our 2nd project Sinnott installed luxury vinyl plank flooring in 4 rooms plus 15 steps (partially open, partially enclosed staircase). The results are fantastic!Services: Wood floor installation

Hired to sand and re-stain to a darker color to match our living room - they created a custom stain to match. came exactly when they were supposed to, put out the stain samples on our floor so we had time to see and pick, worked fast and clean, and at a really reasonable price. they made our very old hardwood floors look brand new.Service: Repair flooring

We had just bought a house that needed new flooring while living out of the state. Worried about not being able to meet in person, the work not being done on time or the workmanship being of low quality, we asked a few friends in the area for any references. Luckily, a few of our friends had worked with Scott and Sinnott Flooring. From our first interaction to the last, it was everything we were hoping it to be. They were very professional, on-time, clean, and the floors look absolutely stunning. Below is just one picture, but they completed our entire first floor.
