“Ray (later found out he was the owner) is amazing!!! He embodies the type of small business owner we all want to support. He was knowledgeable, and patient. He actually spent time educating me on they way a/c units work. Definitely something he did not need to do on a week when he was swamped with work caused by Hurricane Ida. I later found out his office was also flooded and was still under several inches/feet of water. Yet, all his staff were friendly, helpful and professional. If they give this level of service during a natural disaster, I am looking forward to seeing the type of service they give when they fully recover.
