“Action Karate has been with us through the dark Covid times.We happened to see a Facebook ad for a free online karate class in spring of 2020. My son tried it out and we were impressed with how engaging the instructor (Mr Brenner) was.He joined as a regular student and stuck with it as the refined the offering. The offering went from 100% online with a mix of local and remote students, to hybrid, to a separation of online students to their own instructor Mr Timin.The instructors not only teach karate but also lesson of the week. Even through a screen my son learned a lot if we could tell that the instructors cared and were very personable.Mr Timin (online instructor) develops a great connection with each of the kids and is great at balancing communication with them (he has a lot of patience with my son who usually replies with a long story).The best moment was when my son earned his yellow belt. He had been having a bad week but after he earned his yellow belt he had a look of relief on his face, a recognition of his efforts.Whether you are looking for an online instructor or a local school, Action offers a very personable approach to learning martial arts.“
“I registered my kids for karate for them to gain confidence, discipline and learn defensive tactics. I since then joined and enjoy doing this with my children as a family. “I've been with Premier Martial Arts for 11 years (and counting) and can say there is no better martial arts school anywhere. Sensei David Pantano has helped me grow into the young woman I am today. Because I loved this place so much, I had the opportunity to become a sensei myself and took advantage right away. Not only is David Pantano a great instructor, but he is also the best boss.Sensei Channey Roberts is another fabulous member of the PMA family, the program director (the best one); she is on top of all the events and scheduling that happen along with Sensei Kayla McBride and Senpai Alivia. Moreover, they are great people to hold conversation with. Sensei Gavin, Sensei Isaac, Sensei Brandon, Sensei Brian, Sensei Bill, Sensei Ken, Sensei Bruce, Sensei Rodney, and all the other sense is that we have had over the years (Sensei Paul who did my first lesson) are awesome at what they do on the mat. The Leadership Team David Pantano organized is an amazing opportunity for growing children to learn to be leaders; they are also a great help on the mat. “Hello, my name is William O’Brien. This Saturday I will be testing for my black belt at Kraus Karate. My journey with karate started four years ago. I am nine years old now. My mom signed me up after my brother was born to help me get my energy out and learn how to control myself. I kept getting a little wild at school. I have learned and achieved so many things with the help of karate. For example, karate has improved my confidence, coordination, and balance. When I first started, I couldn’t even jump rope. Now I can jump rope, balance myself, do push-ups and lift my mom up! I have met some great friends and people through the sport. There hasn’t been a single lesson I have learned through karate that I haven’t liked. Through karate, I was taught how to accept criticism and self-reflect. I gained the skill of how to set goals and achieve them. This is something I did not learn in school. It has helped me achieve other goals in my life and school. This year I won student of the month for the first time and was so proud of myself! Karate gave me patience, as a result I was able to grow out my hair for two years. and donate it to cancer. Lastly and one of the most important aspects of my karate group, I have a great instructor! Mr. Kraus has taught so much about myself and karate. Karate is a great time and has helped shape me into the person I am today!“

They always come home happier than they went, and always want to teach us parents any new skills. It's clear from they way they go about this "teaching" that Sensei Charles is a role model of a kind, clear, and supportive teacher. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.“

Its Korean martial arts owned and done by by english speakers (counting down and some other words are in Korean). I love the discipline they are required here. You can tell the kids love and respect the instructor especially how they follow and listen to him.“
“My 13-year old son started at Action Karate Feasterville 6 years ago. Martial arts has been great for him in many ways - it's great physical activity, teaches discipline and respect, and helps him focus. The instructors at AK Feasterville really push the students to do their best, but they also care very deeply about the kids. It's been so nice for my son to feel both challenged and supported. About 2.5 years ago, he achieved his junior black belt. This was a huge achievement that he worked very hard for. Now, he is about to test for his black belt, and plans to keep training after that. We have already recommended AK to friends, and I would continue to do so!“

It has been amazing to watch him be so focused and dedicated to something, which we have never seen before (and this is not his first extracurricular activity). Sensei Santos is a great instructor. He sets high expectations for the kids for how they carry themselves and how serious they are about their craft. We truly admire that in an instructor and think that our son greatly benefits from it. In addition to being more active, the class is teaching him discipline and hard work. I would highly recommend!“

I have noticed a great change in my son. He has become more open minded, confident, and learned to socialize better in person which has become harder these days with technology.
