I have been going here for about two weeks now and it's the best decision I've made. The members are great and have a strong team culture going. They also work hard it will get you to shed some pounds. This is definitely the best gym in the area worth commenting too.

First impression and vibe is crucial for athletic clubs and gyms, well grindhouse was very welcoming. I was feeling comfortable training there and making progress. Coaches are top notch, very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to start training mixed martial arts or continue.

Grindhouse is one of if not the best gyms in the area. The coaching staff is world class, the environment is friendly and supportive and facility itself is clean and spacious. They offer a wide variety of classes appropriate for all levels. Most importantly every aspect of the gym makes it a great environment to learn and better yourself. I couldn't recommend this place enough!
