She did a great job making me feel comfortable , virtually pain free waxing and plucking my brows and a strong tint. Really glad to have found a place near Pottstown that is CLEAN and really cute inside. Everyone was super nice and the wax was $15. I did tinting for like an extra $20. Will be coming back for sure.“

“I went to Ulta looking for something (that you don’t carry). Instead of just telling me that, Carol asked what I was looking for, and proceeded to show me what would be better for my skin type and age. She helped try on the samples for the correct shades. Previous makeup counters try to upsell their lines, Carol was knowledgeable, picked different lines to fit what I was looking for, and also found a travel brush collection for my trip. I will definitely return for additional items. Ulta has so many lines that I wouldn’t know where to start - very nice to find someone so helpful.“

She cut my hair so awesomely and advised the best looking cut out of the ones I had picked. I couldn't have asked for a better person to cut my hair. To say cutting my hair short was a tear jerker for me, as I had long hair my entire life. Krista's personality is so beautiful. Thank you for a great job. The salon updates look incredible, and the new station chairs as well as the shampoo chairs are the most comfortable seats I’ve ever seen in a salon. The stylists are so caring and accommodating, always asking if there’s anything they can get for me, if I’m comfortable, etc. They also go above and beyond to make sure my hair is exactly the way I want it to be, or as close as it can possibly get.
