I've had two appointments now with Kaitlin. A full trim and a bang trim. My hair is very difficult to cut correctly and I've had more bad experiences than good. (I have a lot of thick, straight, shoulder length hair) Kaitlin nailed it, each time. She knows just what to do to make the layers nice and piecey - is that a word? - and that makes styling a breeze for me. Thankful to have found her!

I have lived so close to this salon for years, but never stopped in because of the quirky name. My boyfriend and I joked that we should stop in and get our hair tangled at Tangles every time we drove by. But that's changing now that I've had my first cut at Tangles.

First time customer and experience was great. The stylists are great and make you feel at home. I let Krista, the owner, pick a hair color and do whatever she wanted with a style. My hair looks awesome and I Ilready have my second appointment booked my second appointment.
