“I've had two appointments now with Kaitlin. A full trim and a bang trim. My hair is very difficult to cut correctly and I've had more bad experiences than good. (I have a lot of thick, straight, shoulder length hair) Kaitlin nailed it, each time. She knows just what to do to make the layers nice and piecey - is that a word? - and that makes styling a breeze for me. Thankful to have found her!“
