I probably tried on 50 pairs of glasses, and ended up going with the very first pair he recommended. He is very attentive to every customer in his store and makes himself available for any questions. He truly cares to make sure that every person who comes into his doors has a great experience and walks out with their perfect pair.The store itself is beautiful and bright, and the selection that Simon carries is amazing. “I purchased a pair Gauge 8 sunglasses almost a year ago and picked up the extra protection. The Gauges never quite fit well so I only wore them a handful of times.I stopped in Oakley to ask a few questions and was told with a small copay and the price difference, I could buy the Holbrook Ti, which fit much better than the Gauges. Highly recommend dealing directly with an Oakley store for all purchases.“

“I recently visited Marchese Opticians with a busted frame, two good lenses, and faint hope that the lenses could be fitted to a new frame. Diana helped me realize this hope by offering the very solution that I sought, and then mobilizing her team to get the job done. Within two hours of waling into the shop, the lenses were adapted to a new frame-, saving me considerable time and expense. I am all the more impressed since the glasses were purchased in another state where I had previously resided. “HEIDI is the optician you want to fit you with the perfect color and shape glasses for the shape of your face. I have visited Heidi for 2 sets of glasses in the past couple of years. I tell her I need a pair, reasonably priced, and have no idea what color or shape I should get. Within 2 minutes, she presents me with a couple pairs.... Then continues to present me with more. However, she critiques each pair, telling me if they don't look as good or better than any others before. We narrow it down to 2 pairs, and I still need Heidi to tell me which is best! “Update 11/3. I decided to try the new doctor in the practice, Dr Nader. Our appointment was at 9:15. She arrived in the office at 9:30. She looked at us in the waiting room and said nothing. When she came out to bring us back a few minutes later, she didn’t say a word about the fact that she was late. I know things happen but would have appreciated at least an acknowledgement given that we were missing school and work. I will stick with Dr Rehak in the future.Previous reviewI have been a patient of Dr. Rehak's for over 15 years. I have recommended Colonial Family Eyecare to many friends. My entire family goes here as well. Dr. Rehak takes his time to explain our eye health. He worked with me to find a lasik provider that would be a good fit for me. I never feel rushed in an appointment or while picking out frames. The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable. Debby is absolutely amazing. She is always patient and friendly. She knows the insurance plans very well and is always helpful navigating the various plans we have been on.“

“I highly recommend this practice for urgent and immediate eye care. I felt strongly cared for and attended to immediately on the spot. On a Friday afternoon, I came in with an urgent, emerging situation of eye irritation after a bout of conjunctivitis and a stye, and unfortunately had rubbed my eyes too much. It was more of an emergency than I realized. My right cornea was a torn mess. I was in pain, my eye was watering nonstop, and I couldn't keep it open because the normal light was too bright.I was expertly treated by doctor Jon R. Fabriziani, whom I found on zocdoc. With his care, I experienced efficient diagnostics and immediate treatment of my cornea. After the visit, I felt confident I went to the right place. Follow up care was easy to book. At the follow up, I reported significant improvement with treatment and we continued further treatment. I didn't really know how everything would turn out, but it seems to be healing very well after a few days of treatment.The practice appears to also provide regular eye exams and glasses fittings, although I didn't go there for those purposes.I was at the Malvern location. If you're driving, it's an easy access first floor of building, easy for wheelchairs or strollers if needed, and the facility is close to highways.“
