MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR THE STORE MANAGER TODD - HE IS THE BEST!!!I received absolutely OUTSTANDING service earlier this year at the Oakley Vault Outlet Store in Pottstown, PA. As soon as my wife and I walked in the store, we were greeted promptly by the store manager Todd. He saw that we were interested in the glasses frames and proved to be incredibly knowledgeable on all the styles and options. He went above and beyond with product details and really took the time to ask what my needs were to find me the perfect pair of glasses. My new sunglasses were damaged due to a manufacturer defect. Brought them to the Oakley Vault, and the store manager had everything sorted out in less than 5 minutes. Very good service.

Stopped in looking for a pair of sunglasses. Left with 2 pair of glasses and knowing more then I thought I would know about glasses. Karen was extremely helpful, explaining everything down to a Tee, taking pride in her work. I’ll be looking for her when I’m in need of new shades! Thanks!
