“I received such great customer service this past Friday when i called the Royersford office to see if they would be able to fix my husband's eyeglasses (and his spare pair as well!) She said I could stop in anytime before they close at 1:00 and they'd take a look at them. When I got there, Hannah worked on the glasses so patiently, and had them repaired in no time at all. She was extremely nice - even gave me a couple extra screws in case it happens again. I truly appreciate that she was able to repair them before the weekend! My husband and I have been going to Colonial Family Eyecare for well over 20 years and have always been pleased!“
“Update 11/3. I decided to try the new doctor in the practice, Dr Nader. Our appointment was at 9:15. She arrived in the office at 9:30. She looked at us in the waiting room and said nothing. When she came out to bring us back a few minutes later, she didn’t say a word about the fact that she was late. I know things happen but would have appreciated at least an acknowledgement given that we were missing school and work. I will stick with Dr Rehak in the future.Previous reviewI have been a patient of Dr. Rehak's for over 15 years. I have recommended Colonial Family Eyecare to many friends. My entire family goes here as well. Dr. Rehak takes his time to explain our eye health. He worked with me to find a lasik provider that would be a good fit for me. I never feel rushed in an appointment or while picking out frames. The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable. Debby is absolutely amazing. She is always patient and friendly. She knows the insurance plans very well and is always helpful navigating the various plans we have been on.“

“I never wrote reviews but this office deserves recognition. First off, the front receptionist was so welcoming and very helpful! She made sure I was all taken care of and even talked to me while waiting which I really appreciated. The Dr was awesome and made me feel comfortable while also being very informative. I ordered contacts today from the very nice lady in the back and she was also super helpful and even shared her lotion with me lol. I would come to this office just to hang out with the staff. I always got the appointment time and date I needed which is great because I am a full time student and have a job that is hard to work around. Will definitely be switching locations after my experience here.“

“After a horrible experience at America's Beat I was looking for an alternative for my grand daughter to get her contacts. Friends had mentioned Village Optical and I called and made an appointment. The ladies at the desk were so nice and got me in same day. When we got there we actually felt welcome. We were introduced to Anna to try putting in her contacts. Anna did more in 15 minutes than America's Best did in an hour. My granddaughter was so excited that she could do it. Dr Greg took her for an exam and talked to her about wearing her contacts. Anna took her back one more time to make sure everything was good. The day started with my granddaughter feeling defeated and down on herself. Because of Village Optical's outstanding customer service and outright caring, the day ended differently. The ride home was literally smiles and singing. I can't thank everyone there enough especially Anna and Dr Greg. I can't recommend them enough, you get a chance, check them out!!! You won't regret it.“

Dr. Suydam was on the list of providers and reviews look great! So far, so good...the lady answering the phone was refreshingly very pleasant and helpful! I've booked for October 31st and will update once I've met them in person.“
