Diana helped me realize this hope by offering the very solution that I sought, and then mobilizing her team to get the job done. Within two hours of waling into the shop, the lenses were adapted to a new frame-, saving me considerable time and expense. I am all the more impressed since the glasses were purchased in another state where I had previously resided. Let me add that I felt highly valued as a customer throughout the process, and observed other happy customers during my visit. I join the ranks of the happy, and will be returning foe new eye-ware needs.“

“I purchased a pair Gauge 8 sunglasses almost a year ago and picked up the extra protection. The Gauges never quite fit well so I only wore them a handful of times.I stopped in Oakley to ask a few questions and was told with a small copay and the price difference, I could buy the Holbrook Ti, which fit much better than the Gauges. Highly recommend dealing directly with an Oakley store for all purchases.“

“It’s such a relief to finally rave about a business vs complain. Mainline Optical knows about excellent customer service and building/retaining customer loyalty! Several weeks ago, I had a dilemma…how do I see in between the 2 weeks that I have cataract surgery..being that one eye would still need my prescription while the other wouldn’t. I brought my glasses to Mainline Optical to see if they could remove one lens and replace with clear glass. However they couldn’t do it because my glasses were frameless. I left and after a few minutes, they called me and said to turn around and come back as they had a solution. They ended up lending me frames and making the prescription for the left eye while I waited (they had my prescription info as I’ve been a customer there for years). I left with the borrowed glasses and NO Charge! I couldn’t have asked for more. Rich, who is the owner, runs a fantastic business and only hires people like him…like Tom who took care of me and found a solution…I was SO impressed! “Update 11/3. I decided to try the new doctor in the practice, Dr Nader. Our appointment was at 9:15. She arrived in the office at 9:30. She looked at us in the waiting room and said nothing. When she came out to bring us back a few minutes later, she didn’t say a word about the fact that she was late. I know things happen but would have appreciated at least an acknowledgement given that we were missing school and work. I will stick with Dr Rehak in the future.Previous reviewI have been a patient of Dr. Rehak's for over 15 years. I have recommended Colonial Family Eyecare to many friends. My entire family goes here as well. Dr. Rehak takes his time to explain our eye health. He worked with me to find a lasik provider that would be a good fit for me. I never feel rushed in an appointment or while picking out frames. The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable. Debby is absolutely amazing. She is always patient and friendly. She knows the insurance plans very well and is always helpful navigating the various plans we have been on.“
