“We are beyond grateful for the emergency care given to our 11 year old German Shepherd by Dr. Suubi and all of the staff. We were visiting Portland over the weekend when we got a call from our usual vet Saturday morning that our dog's blood work revealed a dangerous level of anemia. Our vet asked us to get her in for an emergency blood transfusion immediately. Emergency Veterinary Clinic of Tualatin was able to answer all of our questions over the phone and we decided to bring our dog in that afternoon. The intake process was very quick and efficient. The vet tech was very knowledgeable and understood the urgency. We were able to have X-rays done and consult with Dr. Suubi in a very short amount of time. She was great at explaining the situation and spending the time to answer all of our questions. We ended up leaving our dog there through the evening in order to have the transfusion done and were promptly called at 2am for pick-up when it was done. The post op instructions very were clear and so was the pricing and paperwork. Overall, the whole team was very professional, efficient, and compassionate during a very stressful situation.
