I came here to establish care for a new pup and was helped by a kind receptionist (her name is lost on me at the moment; I think her name was Marissa but don't quote me on that). She was very kind and handed me an easy to fill-out laminated form with a sharpie (a reusable, environmentally friendly touch that I, personally, found meaningful). The form was one-page and only had apt questions pertaining to establishing new pet client status. The in-office vibes were also great with other pet parents walking in and out with smiles.
