Steve arrived at my home right on time and got to work transferring all of the contents of my 11 year old computer to the new one. The transfer was tricky, but Steve was able to configure my new computer to look and work very similarly to my old one.

The time without my laptop was the only issue. Oh, and that month without my laptop did not prorate the warranty which is about to expire.
