I've worked with Mike Bowman several times now, and he is always very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. There are pretty clear levels of technicians that all have different specialties and base knowledge, which is certainly to be expected, but they all have been very helpful and responsive.

We have used BlackPoint IT as our IT group for many years. I've had major IT issues as well as just "dumb" things that come up with my computer or computer programs that I need help with...and they are always terrific. They answer calls fast, jump on my computer and get things fixed in no time. With some of the more complicated issues I've had, the job gets escalated up to the next tier of help and is always fixed as fast as possible. Everyone that has answered my calls over the years has been nice, professional and friendly. I really appreciate being able to call them at any time to get help! Thank you BlackPoint!
