From dozens of computer repair experiences in my life, I’ll choose The Service Department every time from now on. What a pleasure, especially by comparison with The Geek Squad or the like, but as stand-alone encounters with a business, too! I had various questions, and their knowledge and interest in giving great, thorough explanations really impressed me - again, especially by comparison. The Service Dept in Wilsonville helped me transfer from an old computer to a new one flawlessly and went above & beyond assisting me with my scanner/printer troubles via phone. I would absolutely recommend The Service Dept.

This place is THE BEST!! My PC had a problem booting up and I took it in expecting to drop it off and have to come back days later like other shops. When I went inside I was greeted by Marcus who was helping another customer with a quick laptop fix. After he had finished with the gentleman in front of me he quickly got to work. I won’t go into all the details of what was done but needless to say I was in awe with the knowledge and enthusiasm he has for this. He finished the fix fast without me even having to leave the shop and I will only come here from this day on.
