“I visited Sanatan Golden because of a swollen knee issue due to playing basketball. During treatment he taught me so much about my body, how to help it recover faster after a night hooping, how to properly workout to alleviate my lower back and hip tightness, and proper ways to jump and land. Our treatment moved to my neck and shoulders after I was in a car accident. He gave me a plethora of exercises that not only improved my neck and shoulder mobility and alleviated pain but he taught me breathing techniques that have been a game changer for alleviating my anxiety and increasing my endurance. 6 months before meeting Sanatan I had what felt like a nervous breakdown due to stress from losing my father and work, which lead to me having severe social anxiety that hindered my life in every aspect.
