This is a long overdue appreciation post for Natasha, who I’ve been seeing for about 6 months. She is an incredible acupuncturist who has helped me with several health issues. I love her presence and always look forward to our appointments. The front desk is also always incredibly friendly and helpful, in person and over the phone!

I had severe neck pain for 6 months. I struggled turning my head or laying on either side. I couldn’t even look up without needing to use my hands to support my head to hold it up and then to bring it back down. I had been seeing a regular chiropractor and a message therapist weekly through out those 6 months and nothing was helping. My naturopath at FORM finally convinced me to try meeting with Paul. There was no way in my mind he was going to be any different. I was excitedly wrong. It took 3 visits for me to regain mobility and strength back in my neck. 3! I had a new persistent pain in my lower back. I just figured it was from work or getting older but my acupuncturist suggested I go to a chiropractor. I went to Dr Paul a tad skeptical, but he immediately put me at ease. He is knowledgeable, kind, and fully explains everything he does so you are very comfortable his care. After about 7 visits my pain is gone. He also taught me exercises to strengthen my back to help keep this from reoccurring. I highly recommend him as a doctor and a person.
