Just...WOW. I can't describe how impactful acupuncture with Liz was. Not even trying to be dramatic. I felt healing happening physically as well as mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Liz is a gifted and intuitive healer! I've been seeing Liz on and off over the past several years and I always leave her office feeling refreshed. I recently had a bout of severe calcific tendonitis that the doctor said would take months to heal. With help from Liz, I was pain free within a couple of weeks! Her guided visualizations are a beautiful way to relax and engage the whole body in the healing. I especially love that she stays near during the entire session. I've had sessions from others where I've been left alone in a room for a long time while they tended other patients, I always feel cared for and attended to with Liz, she's awesome!

I have been going to Liz for several months, and each time I'm amazed at how much I learn about my own body, and how much better I feel over time (especially has helped me with wrist pain, and digestion). Liz has a truly special gift, and has such a unique, knowledgeable, calming, and relaxing approach. She is a true healer, and I love that she offers guided visualizations as part of the acupuncture - it makes me feel both cared for, and gives me a deeper connection to the acupuncture itself.
