“We've had three appointments with Electech in the past few years for various electrical issues. Each time Juston and his crew member, Josh (two members are named Josh, actually), have been professional, skilled, and friendly. One time they caught a potential fire hazard - burned wires - in a supposedly "decommissioned" electrical panel that had wires that hadn't been capped off properly until Electech identified and fixed the problem. I especially appreciate how Juston takes the time to patiently and clearly explain the problem and the solution. In our kitchen with old wiring that leads to many appliances on the same circuit, he explained ways to not overload the circuit. Great guys, great work!“

In only two days they were able to completely replace all of the carpeting from my new place: carpet removal and haulaway, wall base installation, and moving of some furniture in the way. The new floor is perfect: no gaps, snug fit with the walls, and impeccably smooth and flat. “We waited a long time to have our deck built and had several quotes. We couldn't be happier with Carl and his team. Carl saved us money and was always available for any questions. It took about 3 weeks to finish. Brandon, Landon and Brian were always on time and ready to work. They work great as a team and did an amazing job (as you can see from the pictures). The deck is made of Ipe (epay). It is the best wood out there. We were very concerned about our German Shepherds scratching the wood with their nails. Carl recommended Ipe because it's so hard and he was right. No scratches, no dents, even insects can't penetrate and it's maintenance free. We were very lucky to find them and love the finished product!“

“Lyubomir and his crew did great work repairing and refinishing our original Douglas Fir flooring. Our floor is heading towards the end of its practical lifespan, and other contractors recommended replacing with a new floor. However, Lyubomir encouraged us to keep the original flooring (what we truly wanted to do anyway), and worked hard to make sure the floor was secure, broken boards replaced, and balanced the sanding to gain a beautiful look without going so deep to encourage further breakage. He was hired to restore a bathroom floor that had been water damaged and needed some subflooring replaced along with the entire entire vinyl sheet floor and an adjoining vanity room.
