Dan S. was extremely helpful and responsive and came out swiftly to give us a quote and put us on the schedule. When it came to installation, Jean and Orlando were AMAZING. They were super professional, kind, and communicative. These craftsmen worked exceptionally quick and the work was impeccable. When they finished, I noticed some gaps in the sides of the gate (of no fault of the craftsmen - simply how the gate hardware was designed) and since we want to install a hot tub we asked Dan about it he swiftly arranged for Jean and Orlando to come out the next day and close the gaps. I felt so bad they had to come back, but they showed up with a super chill attitude about it and were SO awesome - they quickly got to work with grace and skillfulness and got the gate gaps closed exactly to our liking.
