“I called to get a quote on a Monday morning. Rhonda was extremely helpful. After I received a quote and tons of helpful information I said I would speak with my husband and call back. She explained if we would like to go forward with the service I could simply go online and click the “contact us” tab and fill in the information. They would have a technician call me to schedule. After speaking with my husband we decided to request the service. Within one hour of submitting the request Pete called to schedule. He set us up for Thursday of the same week. He estimated arrival between 1-2pm and arrived at 12:45. We are so pleased with the customer service and all around service!“

This was the last of maybe 12 companies that I had called within an hours time after noticing large, flying carpenter ants flying everywhere in my mudroom. I was blown away by not only how expensive each company was quoting me just to come out, but then to learn that the next step was to lock me into a contract for one year with monthly payments, but not even being serviced monthly..?<br>But Then I called and got through to Kim. Without hesitation, she heard my situation out, got my information and routed Skyler to my house within 30/45 minutes with no charges up front (which was not an option with any of the other companies I had spoken to previously). He was polite and respectful, explained what most likely happened and exactly what he would be doing/how long each type of treatment would take/stay in effect and what to do in the meantime as far as keeping my kids and pets safe. Ensuring that this treatment was the most effective and safest for me and my family while also being budget friendly… especially since we are living in a time where it feels impossible to pay for basic things. When I called back in to pay for my services, I spoke with Kim again, and I don’t think I’ve ever felt so comfortable and reassured speaking with a total stranger ever in my life. She really made me feel like she truly cared about my concerns beyond just being a customer, almost like I had known her forever somehow… but then- she took it a step further and discounted my services even more after talking with her about my budget concerns. I felt like I wanted to cry. It’s been a really long time since I’ve dealt with a company that actually made me feel like they truly cared about me as a person versus just a customer or an invoice. This company clearly has their customers best interest at heart and it definitely shows! I cannot recommend this company enough. This is the absolute BEST outcome after everything that happened today. I am beyond thankful for finding this company, and for Kim and her technician!?“
