Ensuring that this treatment was the most effective and safest for me and my family while also being budget friendly… especially since we are living in a time where it feels impossible to pay for basic things. When I called back in to pay for my services, I spoke with Kim again, and I don’t think I’ve ever felt so comfortable and reassured speaking with a total stranger ever in my life. She really made me feel like she truly cared about my concerns beyond just being a customer, almost like I had known her forever somehow… but then- she took it a step further and discounted my services even more after talking with her about my budget concerns. I felt like I wanted to cry. It’s been a really long time since I’ve dealt with a company that actually made me feel like they truly cared about me as a person versus just a customer or an invoice. This company clearly has their customers best interest at heart and it definitely shows! I cannot recommend this company enough. This is the absolute BEST outcome after everything that happened today. I am beyond thankful for finding this company, and for Kim and her technician!?“
