TLDR: Highly recommend this friendly, patient, and knowledgeable dentist practice! Really excited to have finally found a dentist that I hope to continue seeing for a long time! I scheduled online as a new patient and was able to get an appointment within a week (I think there were even next day slots available) and the process was easy. Front office staff was super nice and then Christy took me back for my xrays and quickly became my hero. She asked if anything in particular brought me in and I said not really, just a cleaning. I love having my teeth cleaned at Grant Park Dentistry. The office is always very clean and they are on time. Being on time is a big one to me. The staff is always friendly. I really like my hygienist, she is very thoughtful and kind. For me having my teeth cleaned is one of the top three things I do for myself. Having a facial, teeth cleaned and massage.

My experience with them over 3-5 years has been almost nothing but super positive (they didn't call me back once for a few days when I had an important question, but I'm pretty sure they were shorthanded in office at time, so... and it got worked out later). The slightly deep (periodontal maintenance) and a few deeper cleanings I've gotten all seem to have been fine and effective, with hygienists ranging from a seemingly bit rough but very thorough touch on the periodontal work to a very gentle touch (which is better, if either?
