“If I could give more stars, I would! The best eye appointment experience I’ve ever had hands down. I will not be going anywhere else as long as this staff and this doctor are here! Such good people and so helpful and knowledgeable. Started by calling and talking with Semear about a certain pair of Dita’s that I was looking everywhere for. They happened to have one last pair in that particular style and color, and Semear offered to hold them for me to come in the next day. Semear was amazing, super friendly and extremely helpful. He got me set up with an eye exam with Dr. Jones the next week who was also incredible. I have struggled with several doctors in the past on getting my prescription dialed in due to having 2 astigmatisms. Plus every contacts prescription in the past gave me vertigo to the point where every doctor just gave up saying that “contacts just won’t work for me.” Not only did Dr. Jones immediately dial in my prescription lenses for my glasses which instantly fixed my eye strains that previous doctors just left me with, but he then found a solution for me regarding contact lenses in the same exam, all in about 30-45 minutes! I couldn’t believe it! Other doctors at other practices would make me come back weeks later just for the contacts appointment, but Dr Jones knocked it out all at once. He also conducted imagery and tests that I never knew existed with a highly detailed and well explained analysis of the overall health/structure of my eyes, and why/how my eyes work the way that they do. I learned so much about my own eye structure & health from this visit, with details that no other doctor has ever provided me before. I am so grateful for Dr. Jones and the entire staff at Spectacle PDX. For the first time in nearly 10 years, I can actually see well without having to wear glasses, and without any vertigo. It’s incredible! The vibe of this place is amazing, the best staff, the best doctor, the best equipment, a great and unique selection of frames, and to top it all off they play great music. Highly recommend!“

“My first time there, it's a small office and it feels warm and friendly. I was early and they were prompt and quick and was very thorough. Knowing what my situation was didn't try and up sale anything. They where understanding and answered all my questions and gave me what I needed to get glasses. They treated everyone that came through their door the same, didn't rush anyone and gave them the options they had. Let them take their time picking out glasses and gave their honest feed back with no pressure. It was nice to see the customer was the priority not the sale, or pressuring them. Their staff is so warm and welcoming and unbelievably patient, answering every question I had and so willing to help and offer help/advice as needed, especially as I tried on plenty of different frames. “This is an amazing glasses store. There is a very knowledgeable employee that has helped me buy my last two pairs of glasses. The store has a deep selection of frames. It seems to be the overstock, from over the years, of the other PDX location. Which guarantees variety. They have frames I haven't seen since the mid 2000's, as well as trendy and timeless options. New glasses rang up to only $150. I'm so glad I found this place. 10/10“

“Dr. M is a miracle worker. With her IPL and other treatments, I am symptom free of my horrible Dry Eye Syndrome. I’m not Buying expensive restasis or xidra anymore. No more chemical drops in my eyes.This office truly cares. They never rush you. They explain everything They fix the problem. Not treat the symptoms.Yes, the treatment here is not cheap but you only get one set of eyes. And now I can see with out itching, blurring, grit and pain.Dr M. Is a giant among doctors.
