He was both meticulous and friendly. Austin, as well, was patient with my questions, explaining the differences between using bifocals and progressive lens. Having never worn them, I was advised to keep my glasses on as much as possible so my eyes could learn how to use this new type of lens. It took a few days, but I've finally caught on to it. I love not having to swap between reading and driving glasses! My eyewear arrived at the store in less than a week (quicker than estimated) and picking them up was a breeze. I have received some pretty outrageous quotes from other eyeglass stores for a simple pair of *single* lens glasses. Elsewhere I've been subjected to high pressure sales tactics to get me to upgrade. After my VSP vision benefits, my exam and glasses (with "designer" frames no less) came to only $122! They made a loyal customer.“
